This is my Circus, These are my monkeys..
Hi, I’m Kayla — Mom, Real Estate Extraordinaire, and North Carolina native through and through!
Born and raised in beautiful Davie County, I still call it home — and not just any home. I live on my family property with my parents, grandparents, brother his family, my sister and her husband. We also have a wedding venue on our property called “The Farm at Oak Hill” (We could have a dang good reality Show)
I’ve been in real estate for about four years, but the industry runs deep in my roots. With a real estate mama and a general contractor dad, I was practically raised with blueprints in one hand and a lockbox in the other. My brother works with my dad and I work with my mom.. (she where the Reality show could be good) My sister is a first grade teacher and the “General” of the family. She’s the planner and the doer we all just fall in behind her.
I’m a proud girl mom, beach lover, and soft spot for all things Harry Potter (he’s basically family). Horses are good for the soul, Cheerwine is a way of life (I said what I said), and chocolate chip cookies—medium rare, of course—are top tier. Tattoos are my therapy, caffeine is my blood type, and I firmly believe there’s nothing a good sunset, good music or softball game can’t fix.
I’m also happily engaged to my ride-or-die, Adam — a Marine Corps vet and garage door business owner. (keep reading more on him later) Together, we juggle life, love, kids, and closings… and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Meet Adam: Veteran, Business Owner, Chaos Coordinator, and My Favorite Human
Let’s talk about the man behind the scenes — the one who keeps the garage doors rolling, the content flowing, and my heart steady in the middle of life’s beautiful chaos.
Adam is West Coast born, North Carolina made. Raised in sunny California, he was brought to the East Coast by none other than Uncle Sam and the United States Marine Corps. After two tours of duty and a Purple Heart, Adam was honorably discharged from the Marines — but life as a civilian didn’t come easy.
So, like the true warrior he is, Adam re-enlisted — this time in the U.S. Army, where he proudly served as a drill sergeant for two more years. (Yes, he has the voice, the posture, and the perfectly knife hand.)
When his time in uniform came to an end, he decided to plant roots right here in North Carolina — and, lucky me, that’s where he found me (clearly his best decision yet 😏).
These days, Adam is the owner and operator of E-4 Garage Door, serving families and businesses with the same discipline and dedication that carried him through his military years. And when he’s not fixing garage doors, he’s helping me manage life, create content, and wrangle our squad of chaos-makers.
He lives in a house full of hair bows, softball belts in every shade known to man, and the giggles (and occasional screams) of four incredible girls. He’s learned to navigate makeup brushes on the bathroom counter, snack negotiations like a diplomat, and he can find a lost cleat in record time.
More than that, he’s my best friend, my calm in the storm, and the guy I’m proud to do life with. I can’t wait to marry this man in October 2026 (there will be more on this) and spend the rest of our lives chasing dreams, softball games, and the girls wherever they lead us.
Strong. Steady. Sarcastic. And ours. That’s Adam.

Meet Anna: Our West Coast Sparkle
Let me introduce you to the one who started it all — Anna, our 14-year-old daughter, the queen of sarcasm, and quite possibly a future influencer in the making. She lives way out in sunny California with her mom, but a few times a year, she brings her sparkle (and her ever-growing Hello Kitty collection) back to North Carolina to light up our world.
Anna is a cheerleader, a volleyball player, a Boba tea connoisseur, and a Snapchat professional — seriously, if you’re not sure how to add a filter, she’s your girl. She’s equal parts sweet and sassy, loving and witty, and she’s got the kind of sense of humor that keeps us all on our toes — must be a family trait 😉
She may not be here all the time, but when she is, she fits right into the chaos crew like she never left. She’s the big sister who knows all the best songs, throws together TikToks like a pro, and always finds the cutest outfits on Shein before anyone else. She’s also the first to offer a hug, a laugh, or a perfectly timed eye-roll.
We are so proud of the smart, kind, hilarious young woman she’s becoming — and even though she’s a plane ride away most days, she’s always close in our hearts (and in our group chats).
Anna, you’re our West Coast best, and we love you BIG.

Meet Bristol: The Boss Babe in Cleats
If you’ve been around here for more than five minutes, you’ve probably heard about Bristol — our oldest full-time girl and the queen bee of our softball crew. At 10 years old, she’s already a force to be reckoned with behind the plate as a catcher and out in center field. She’s a right-handed batter who swings with heart and hustle — and don’t let her calm confidence fool you…we’ve already had to talk her off the ledge 3 times.. kid hates to loose.
But Bristol is so much more than a ballplayer. She’s our Mother Hen, always keeping an eye on her younger sisters and making sure everyone’s buckled, packed, and not destroying everything in their path (I’m talking to you CK). Whether it’s tying a cleat, finding a lost glove, or calming a toddler meltdown — she’s on it before I even notice.
She’s tall unlike her mama. For real this kids legs are forever long. (I’m kinda jelly honestly) She has a beach babe soul, and dreams big. One day she wants to be a horse trainer, the next a hairstylist — and honestly, we think she might just do both. She’s got a creative heart, a love for all things Harry Potter, and can hold her own in a good Fortnite session.
Bristol is the perfect mix of athleticism, empathy, and sass. She leads with kindness, loves with her whole heart, and keeps us all grounded. Watching her grow into her own has been one of my greatest joys — and I can’t wait to see where her dreams, her glove, and her big ol’ heart take her.
So here’s to the girl who’s equal parts beach waves and ball gloves — Bristol, you’re our MVP on and off the field.

Meet Presley: The Sassy Softball Sidekick 🎀
Presley is our 5-year-old firecracker — also known as the barefoot boss, the keeper of the family schedule, and the unofficial president of the “Wherever the Ball Lands” T-Ball League.
On the field? Her position is “yes.” Wherever the ball goes, she’s chasing it — think Finding Nemo seagulls: “Mine? Mine? MINE!”
Off the field? She’s running the show. Presley will absolutely tell you when you’re off-schedule, out of line, or out of snacks. She’s got a Barbie in one hand, an American Girl doll in the other, and she’s probably barefoot — by choice, of course.
She’s a card-carrying member of the Feral Softball Siblings Club, cheering on her big sis from the bleachers (or scaling them). She’s got big opinions, a bigger heart, and the kind of sass that only a little sister can get away with.
Presley is pure personality, full of spark, and always keeping us laughing — and sometimes ducking.

Last but not Least CK (Charlotte Kate): The Tiny Tornado with a Softball Pass 🎉
Last but definitely not least is Charlotte Kate, better known as CK — our 2-year-old spitfire, the official leader of the Feral Softball Sibling Club, and quite possibly the busiest human on the planet.
CK has been living the ball field life since day one — no really, she was 6 days old at her first game, and she hasn’t slowed down since. Her hobbies include running full speed, snack demolition, Bluey marathons, passionately yelling “Ka-Chow!” anytime Lightning McQueen appears on screen and thinking every dog on earth is Marshall from Paw Patrol.
Her face tells no lies — she’ll let you know exactly how she feels about a situation, a snack, or a shoe (spoiler: she’s probably not wearing them). She’s sweet as sugar one minute, spicy as a jalapeño the next. It’s her world, we’re just trying to keep up.
CK is chaos, cuddles, and comedy rolled into one tiny whirlwind, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Your Crazy is my crazy
At the end of the day, we thrive in the chaos — the snack crumbs, the softball dirt, the never-ending to-do lists, and the wild ride that is raising kids while chasing dreams. Real estate is more than contracts and closings for me — it’s about connection. I love this job with my whole heart because it lets me remind other families that they’re not alone in their crazy, beautiful mess. And if helping one family find their dream home brings them just a little more peace (and maybe a fenced backyard for the wild ones), then I’ve done exactly what I was meant to do.
Love ya’ll much
Kayla
